Nice and sunny here but windy...ick...oh well...My husband always gets mad at me because I like perfect weather...well, I dont like perfect, just warm and a slight breeze...not 50 mph winds that we will have today...we are in a red flag warning what ever that means. Haha

Happy morning here...the sun is out and shining and the birds are singing away.......so far no fog...keeping my fingers crossed it stays far away... Our Father's Day weekend was nice and quite here...
 
My daughter has started a new project ...Ancestry
Do you all do that on line? Or have a family tree that you can track way back...so far we have gone a little over 100 years back in time...I love looking at the old pictures people have posted...we have a lost link too...my dads mothers mother died we think in child birth and we don't know her name....gonna have to do some digging to find that one out...
 
Dinner tonight:
Pork chops with herb pesto...baked to perfection with such wonderful flavor. The herbs? fresh pressed garlic, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh mint, chop all super fine and add to a 1/4 cup of olive oil...salt and pepper...rub all over the chops and bake at 450 until done...usually about 20 mins or until meat temps reaches 160 to 170. These are super easy to make and the taste is phenomenal...
Served with scalloped potatoes and fresh green salad w/ homemade dressings, sweet vinaigrette or ranch. Yum!....

This morning we will be attending church and they have a special service...then home for a bbq....the sun is out this morning and the birds are singing... What could be better than that....happy day!

Dinner tonight...Turkey burgers topped with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sweet purple onion. Bacon would be good too. =))) Have a great weekend!

Boy, I had a busy day yesterday. Went to my parents house. Had a good visit. Got their house all cleaned up for them. And a plumbing problem fixed. Today I am going to work out in the front yard if the wind will stay down some. Chicken for dinner tonight. I think I will make chicken tacos... So how are you ladies doing and what's for dinner?
